Tenders are invited for Construction and Completion of Primary Schools Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 50,000.00 A complete set of bidding documents for all Woredas may be purchased at the above office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 (Two hundred birr)/for the package from the first day of this announcement on Ethiopian Herald newspaper from 2:30 to 6:30 and 7:30 to 11:30 o'clock at local time from Monday to Friday at the above mentioned office. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of 50,000 ETB (Fifty thousand Birr) in C.P.O or an unconditional Bank Guarantee or an irrevocable Letter of Credit or Cash, check certified by a reputable bank or financial institution, or payable order must be delivered to B/G/R/S Education Bureau. Bids shall be valid for a period of sixty/60 days and bid security shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening. Interested bidder shall submit certificate of supplier's registration for GC-7/BC-7 above and other documentary evidence which include. 8.1. Renewed trading License for the current Year 8.2. Tax clearance certificate valid for the current year 8.3. VAT and TIN number registration certificate 8.4. Suppliers registration certificate 8.5. Temporary registration certification from B/G Urban Development and Construction Bureau Bid will be closed on 21 consecutive calendar days of the announcement at 4:00 O'clock and open on the same date 4:30 o'clock local time in the presence of bidders and legal representatives at B/G/R/ State Education Bureau Procurement 86 Property Administration Directorate Room No 08. Late bids will be rejected. If the bid opening date is holiday, the opening date will be the next working day.
