- Tenders are invited for Construction of Asphalt Road Maintenances Bids opening date: 31th day at 10 Pm/Local time Bid document price: 500 /Five Hundred/ Bid bond: ETB 500,000 /Five Hundred thousand Birr only/ A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased by all contender directly from the Bahir Dar City Road Authority Office Procurement and Finance Group, room no-2, on submission of written application and up on payment of a none refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 500/Five Hundred/ as of cash purchase at working hours Bidders shall submit original and copy of technical document and original Bid Security separately in one Envelop and original & copy of “Financial Document" separately in another envelope, Bid must be delivered to Bahir Dar City Administration Mayors Compound, office of Road Authority, Procurement and Finance Group, Room No. 2 in Bahir dar. Bids shall be closed on the last 31th day at or Before 9:30 Pm/Local time in the afternoon and will be opened, on 31th day at 10 Pm/Local time on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend, if the last day is holiday, it will postponed to the next working day, Late bids will be rejected.
