Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of Construction of B+G+4 Office Building Bid closing date: 22nd working day from the date of announcement at 10:00 am Bid opening date: 22nd working day from the date of announcement at 10:30 am Region: Oromia Bid document price: 1000 ETB Bid bond: 500,000.00 ETB Bidding documents shall be purchased at the Woreda Revenues Authority Office upon submission of a written application and a non-refundable fee of birr 1000.00 (One Thousand birr only) starting from the date this announcement is posted up to twentyone (21) working days. A bidder has to be registered to collect "VAT" and a copy of the VAT certificate, trade license, Tax clearance, registration certificate, and registration in the PPA's supplier list; the certificate must be submitted and attached with the application. Bidders may obtain further information, and inspect and acquire the bidding documents from the office of the Woreda Administration at Hesasa Town. All bidders must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO form or unconditional bank guarantee of 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand birr only) valid for 90 calendar days. The bid security must be addressed to the client and must be attached to the original qualification document.
