Tenders are invited for Construction of B+G+8 Office Building at Finfinnee City A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a Written application indicating the projects on which the bidder is interested, vat registration certificate, certificate of competence from the ministry of construction or Oromia Construction Authority, renewed registration certificate from Oromia Construction Authority, renewed trade license, renewed trade registration certificate, valid Tax clearance during a period of bid validity from Oromia revenue Bureau or Federal tax authority, to the address given below and upon payment of un refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1000.00 only in cash starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office Hours through Monday to Friday. Bids must be delivered on or before 4:00 (local time), on the 31st day from the first announcement date (must be on a working day) (Original Technical Requirement)will be opened on the same day at 04:30 (local time), in the presence of the bidders representative who chooses to attend. The bid is valid for 120 days, All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Eth. Birr 300,000.00/Three hundred thousand / and above in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee for the project which will be payable on the first demand to the client, the bid security must address to the employer and valid for 28 beyond bid validity, Late bids shall be rejected. The financial proposal of the stantially responsive bidder will be opened after a notice of the Technical requirement result is announced on the notice board.
