- Tenders are invited for Construction of 7 Blocks Temporary Learning Space (TLS). Organization for Welfare and Development in Action (OWDA) is a Local NGO, established in 1999 in Jigjiga, Ethiopia, with the objective of serving pastorals and agro-pastoral communities in Somali Regional State. OWDA has signed PCA agreement with UNICEF to Implement Child Protection project that aims to improve the safety and wellbeing of the children and women through emergency CP and GBV intervention in in Somali region. More over The Project will provide access to quality education for IDP children that have been displaced by conflict. To achieve this objectives ,the project will construct temporary learning spaces that can provide education access to 720 school aged children. This invitation is therefore being to secure competent Contractor (s) /suppliers for the providing price of the construction of 7 blocks of Temporary learning space (TLS) in Jedane kebele of Shinile woreda of City zone Somali Regional State. Interested suppliers qualified and legally registered in Ethiopia for the construction of 7 blocks Temporary learning space (TLS) of having valid trading licenses; meet their tax obligations may obtain, the complete set of tendering documents at the following OWDA Offices during office hours: OWDA Jigjiga Office, Kebele 04, Jigiga, Ethiopia, Telephone +251258695344 The tendering is from February 02, 2022- to 16th, 2022.
