- Tenders are invited for Construction of Building Jima Senbet Primary School Classrooms Bid closing date: 21st works days at 4:00 local time Bid opening date: 21st works days at 4:30 local time Bid document price: Birr 600.00 Bid bond: Birr 70,000.00 A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application. VAT registration certificate renewed registration certificate from ministry of construction and urban development & housing or oromia urban development & housing bureau renewed trade license. Taxpayer registration certificate, registration the FPPA's suppliers list certificate and tax clearance from Oromia Revenue Bureau or federal tax Authority to the address given above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 600 at Account name "Sendafa BekeTown Finance and Economic Development A/C 321c22000015 Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Sendafa Branch" starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday. Submission an opening of Bids: - Bids must be delivered on or before 4:00 local time on the 21st works day after the first announcement date and the bid/ original technical requirement / will be opened on the same day at 4:30 local time in the presence of bidders or legal representative who choose to attend and the bid is valid for 90 days after the bid submission deadline. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 70,000.00 (seventy thousand) ETB which will be payable on the first demand to client security in an acceptable form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for 60 days after the date of bid opening and the bid security must be addressed the employer (Oromia surrounding Finfinne zone sendafa town finance and economic cooperation office) and must be attached to qualification document.
