- Tenders are invited for Construction of Cattle Shed (Dairy Cows & Cald) at Chagnie Town Bids opening date: December 22/2014 E.C on or before 4:30 Local time Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: Birr 130,000.00 Project invites interested contractors of category GC/BC class 5 and above fulfilling the following requirements to participate in the bid. Renewed trade license for the year 2014 E.C Renewed tax clearance certificate for the current year for National bidders, but not to international bidders. Trade registration certificate (tin number) VAT Registration certificate Bidders should provide photocopy of their original documents listed from number 1 to 4 above to be considered for further evaluation (to participate in the bid) with their original technical proposal. Interested bidders must acquire complete set of the bidding documents upon payment of nonreturnable birr 200.00 from Amhara National Regional State Livestock & fishery sector Development project room number 04 during official working hours. The construction of works shall be completed within a maximum of 120 calendar days fromthe commencement of works, . Bid must be accompanied with a bid bond of Birr 130,000.00. The bid bond should be submitted either in the form of C.PO or unconditional bank guarantee & valid for a minimum of 150 calendar days from the date of bid opening, Bidders must deposited their technical & financial proposal in a bid box situated at Ambara National Regional State Livestock & fishery sector Development project, room number 06 marking original & copy with two separate sealed envelopes starting from publication date on Addis-zemen newspaper up to December 22/2014 E.C on or before 4:00 Local time on the closing date. Bid will be opened at 4:30 Local time on the closing date on December 22/ 2014 E.C in room number 06 in the presence of bidders and their legal representatives who wish to attend. The Bureau reserves its right to reject any or all bids.
