- Tenders are invited for Construction of Cobble Stone Pavement at Main Campus and Wondogenet Forestry College Bid document price: Birr 200.00 A complete set of documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder at Hawassa University Procurement & Property Management Directorate, Tel. 046 221 2647 Fax:- 046 220 51 63, P.O. Box 5 Hawassa against a nonrefundable fee of birr 200 (Two hundred Birr) Any quires can be forwarded to the procuring entity from Monday to Friday at working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hawassa University Procurement & Property Management Directorate. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of bank guarantee or CPO or letter of credit or cash of amount birr for main campus of 150,000 and for Wondo Genet Forestry college 100,000.00. Bids must be delivered to Hawassa University on the 21 days after announcement posted on newspaper till 5:00 PM if it happens on weekend or Holidays, it goes to the next working day at the specified time and hence the technical proposal will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. The financial document is opened just after the technical document evaluation results are disclosed and the opening date will be noted by the client.
