- Tenders are invited for Construction of College Facilities Bids opening date: 9 December 2021, at 10:30 AM Local Time. Bid document price: 3,000 /ETB Three Thousand / Bid bond: 2,500,000 / ETB Two Million Five Hundred Thousand/ The bidding document in the English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 3,000 /ETB Three Thousand / or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be only through Kombolcha Polytechnic College bank account given below. The bidding document will be sent by e-mail when bidders attached the bank advice. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 9 December 2021, 10:00 A.M Local Time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders? designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 9 December 2021, at 10:30 AM Local Time. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 2,500,000 / ETB Two Million Five Hundred Thousand/ or the equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in the form of a Bank guarantee issued from commercial banks. In the case of Bank guarantees issued from countries other than Ethiopian Banks, the bid security should be counter guaranteed by Ethiopian Commercial Banks.
