- Tenders are invited for Construction of College Facilities and Site Works Bid document price: Birr 1,000 (One Thousand) Bid bond: ETB 4,500,000.00 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Holeta polytechnic college, East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project (EASTRIP) and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 08:30 - 12:30 AM & 1:30 - 5:00 PM Local Time from Mondays to Fridays at the address given below. The Bidding document in the English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1,000 (One Thousand) or in freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash or cash payment order /CPO/ in the name of Holeta Polytechnic College. The document will be sent by e-mail or bidders can collect it in person from Holeta polytechnic college EASTRIP office Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 30 November 2021, 10:00 AM Local Time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 30 November 2021 at 10:30 AM Local Time. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 4,500,000.00 (ETB Four Million Five Hundred Thousand) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in the form of C.PO or unconditional bank guarantee. If the Bank guarantee is issued from countries other than Ethiopian Banks, the guarantee should be counter guaranteed by Ethiopian Commercial Banks.
