- Tenders are invited for Construction of Concrete Reservoirs, Pump House, Workshops, Toilets, Guard Houses, Supply and Installation of 25m Steel Fuel Tanks, Supply, Installation & Construction of Transmission and Distribution Pipelines for Existing I Tang Water Supply System Optimization and Upgrading Construction Project Bids opening date: Dec 25, 2021 03:30 PM Bid document price: 500.00 (Five hundred Birr) Bid bond: 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Birr ) bidders on the submission of a written Application to the Gambella National Regional Water and irrigation Resources Development Bureau, at office of procurement department at the address given below, upon payment of ETB 500.00 nonre fundable fee. The method of payment will be in cash against receipt. The Bidding Documents will be collected by a person delegated by the bidder. Bids must be delivered with one original and two copies of each technical and financial of his bid in different separately sealed envelope to the Gambella National Regional State Water and Irrigation Resources Development Bureau, office of procurement department Block-3 Room No-5, PO, Box 29 at Gambella Telephone number +251475510091/0407 Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids submission will be closed on 25th of December, 2021 at 3:00 PM and opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person on the same date at 3:30 PM at the Gambella National regional State Water and Irrigation Resources Development Bureau, Procurement Department, Room number 5. Bids shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of 200,000 ETB in the form of unconditional Bank guarantee or (CPO). Contractors who is undertaking construction project for G/P/N/R/S/ bureau of Water & Irrigation Resources Development, and having a performance less than 75% is not allowed to participate on this bid. Gambella Regional Water and Irrigation Resources Development Bureau reserve the right to reject all or part of the bid.
