Tenders are invited for Construction of Delivery Block and Related Works in Different Health Centers Kilenso Mokonisa & Mega health centers in Oromia Region Debeso health center in Oromia Region Arda Gelma health center in Oromia Region Nopa health center in Oromia Region Dole health center in Oromia Region Bids must be submitted to Pathfinder International Ethiopia Office, Haji Kelifa Sabit Building, Nifasilk/Lafto Sub-city, Woreda 3, old Airport area, behind Embassy of South Africa, In front of Adot Bldg, 3rd floors to the Bid Box in the Receptionist office. All bids must be accompanied by a Signed Bid Form and Bid security of 2% of the total bidder's offer. The bid security shall be payable on demand to the employer and must be in form of Bank CPO and must be addressed to PATHFINDER INTERNATIONAL/ ETHIOPIA Sealed, signed and stamped envelops containing the offer for completing of all works as illustrated and described in the tender document shall be delivered in the following manner: - A first sealed, signed and stamped envelop marked “Bid security” carrying contractor's bid security. A second sealed, signed & stamped envelope marked "Financial Offer" carrying the original and one copy of the financial documents sealed, signed and stamped in separate envelops and labeled "Not to be opened with the Technical Document". A third sealed, signed & stamped envelope marked “Technical Offer” carrying the original and one copy of the technical qualification documents sealed, signed and stamped in separate envelops. A fourth sealed, signed & stamped envelope marked "Bid Offer" carrying all the above three envelops.
