Tenders are invited for Construction of Dry Latrine at Ankober & Hageremariam and Aluminum Guard House /3*3m/ at Ankober Bid closing date: Apr 18, 2022 5:00 PM Bid opening date: Apr 28, 2022 10:00 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 100 Bid bond: Birr 35,000.00 Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the Requirements stated here below: a) Bid Security valid for 148 days starting from bid opening date. b) Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license for the year c) Bidders should have VAT registration certificate d) Anti-bribery pledge form e) Letter of authorization to sign the bid f) Bidder should have valid Tax clearance certificate. g) Compliance Statement Sheet form h) Presentation of Commercial and technical offers i) Bidders should have renewed competency certificate grade category GC/BC 7 & above from Ministry of Urban Development & Housing Construction or/and the respective regional office. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security for Birr 185,000.00 (Birr One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand only) If participated for all RFQs.
