- Tenders are invited for Construction of a Dairy Processing House Construct at Arsi0 Zone Bokoji District Bid document price: 300.00 ETB Bid bond: 100,000.00 ETB A complete set of Bidding Documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders from the Oromia Bureau of Agriculture at the "Sarbet" area in front of the School of Nations the Regional Government of Oromia Bureaus Middle Block 3rd floor Procurement team during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee 300.00 (Three hundred) birr starting from October 16, 2023. All bids must be accomplished by bid bond Birr 100,000.00 in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or certified payment order (C.P.O) for each site Bids must be delivered to the Oromia Bureau of Agriculture, "Sarbet" area in front of a School of Nations the Regional Government of Oromia Bureaus in the Middle Block 3rd floor at Procurement team on November 10 2023 up to 4:00 local time on the morning. Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers separately in wax-sealed envelopes one original and two copies. Bid will be closed on the date November 10, 2023 at 4:00 local time & opened in the presence of bidder or their legal representatives on the same date at 4:30 local time.
