- Tenders are invited for Construction of Feacal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) for Degahbour Town Region: Somali Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 3,000,000.00 Birr 5. A complete set of bidding documents in the English Language may be obtained by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (five Hundred) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. 6. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before the 3rd of January, 2024 10:00 a.m. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. 7. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid Security of ETB 3,000,000 (Three Million birr) in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or C.P.O to Somali Regional State, Water Bureau. By using the bank guarantee form included in section IV (Bid Form) of the Bidding Document. 8. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address given below on the 3rd of January, 2024 at 10:30 am.
