- Tenders are invited for Construction of Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) for Semera-Logia Town, In Afar Regional State Bid closing date: Jun 30, 2023 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Jun 30, 2023 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: 1,500,000.00 Birr Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Water and Energy, Mr. Wagari Madera, email: procurement@mowe.gov.et and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 am noon in the morning and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon at the address given below. A complete set of bidding documents in English language will be available and can be downloaded from Ministry web page address given below using the following link free of cost: https://mowe.gov.et/en/resource/type/procurement-files Bidders are required to register in person at the address given below before downloading the bidding document and submitting their bids. Replies to clarifications requested by bidders will not be emailed directly to bidders. All responses to clarifications will be posted in the above link on the Ministry website and bidders are solely responsible for monitoring the website during the bidding process for all clarifications/amendments with respect to this IFB. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 30 June 2023, 2:00 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 30 June 2023, 2:30 p.m. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr 1,500,000.00 in the form of certified payment order (CPO) or demand bank guarantee.
