- Tenders are invited for Construction of the G+3 Building Administration Sectors Office Bids opening date: 21st working days from the first announcement date. at 8:30 local time Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Birr 300,000.00 Bidding Documents may be purchased at the office of Aanaa Challiya Administration Office upon submission of written applications and non refundable fee of birr 500(five hundred ) in cash; starting from the first date of notice viewed on newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday A Bidder has to be registered to collect “VAT” and “TIN” registration certificate valid trade license and valid registration certificate with the ministry of construction or Oromia Construction Authority must be submitted attached with the application. Bidders may obtain further information to inspect and acquire the bidding documents, from the above mentioned Aana Administration Office. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO of Birr 300,000. (Three hundred thousand Birr) valid for 118 days after the date of bid opening. The bid security must be addressed to Aanaa Challiya Administration Office & sealed. Bid security must be put in the original technical document. Failure to do this will result in automatic rejection
