- Tenders are invited for Construction of G+4 Mixed Use Building Bids opening date: Nov 25, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: Birr 300.00 Bid bond: Birr 300,000.00 A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested bidders from the date of this announcement in "The Ethiopian Herald' up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) during working hours from our Head Office,4th floor, Office No.406, located around Kebena Shell, Arada Sub-city. Bidders should submit renewed & valid license for 2014 EFY, VAT & Tax Registration certificate, Certificate of Competent from Ministry of Construction & Urban Development, and tax clearance from Oromia Revenue Bureau. All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting birr 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee issued by a recognized domestic bank in Addis Ababa. The bidder shall submit two separately wax sealed bidding documents (one technical and one financial) in its original and copy duly marking as "Original" and "Copy". The copy should be photo copy of the original bid document and must be sealed and marked in the same manner as the original bid document. All separately sealed original and copy document, cpo, and other supporting documents must be resealed & submitted in one big envelope. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders, Bidders should submit their offer to OFWE's Head Office on/or before Nov. 25, 2021 (ህዳር 16 ቀን 2014 ዓ.ም. ) 10:00 AM and the bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same date at 10:30AM. The Financial proposal of the substantially/technically responsive offers of the bidders will be opened after the announcement of the results of technical analysis results on notice board and the offer shall remain valid for 120 days.
