- Tenders are invited for Construction of Green House Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 50,000.00 Birr A complete Bidding document can be purchased at the Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research purchase office room no. 11 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr-500.00 (five Hundred) for the Bidding document. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in the form of a CPO equal to birr 50,000 (fifty thousand) which shall remain in force for 90 calendar days from the bid opening date. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance security at its option, a Bank guarantee in the sum of 10% of the Contract amount or a Performance bond within 15 days from the letter of acceptance. The construction of works shall be completed within a maximum of 120 calendar days from the commencement of works. Bids will be opened on or before 10:00 A.M on the 30th calendar beginning from the first date of advertisement day & shall be opened on the same day at 10:30 A.M at the Conference Hall of the Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research (EIAR) in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
