- Tenders are invited for Construction of a High School in Jafer Center, Somali Regional State, Jigjiga Town Bid bond: 2% 9. All bids should be submitted in wax-sealed & stamped envelopes to the address below on or before 5 (five) consecutive days of the announcement of this invitation for bid in the Ethiopian Herald Newspaper up to the 5th day at 10:00 am and shall be opened on the same date at 10:30 am in the presence of interested bidder or representative in the Direct Aia Office Gerji area near Kadisco Hospital, P.O. Box 9597, Tel Addis Ababa Tel 0944 24 64 24 10. Late bidders shall not be accepted, and documents returned unopened. 11. The bid document shall be accompanied by a "bid security" CPO not a Bank guarantee of not less than 2% of the total Amount.
