- Tenders are invited for Construction of Lata House and Vermi House 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Birr Two hundred only). The method of payment will be in bank deposit CBE 1000431416337. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address mentioned above mentioned. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Please ensure your tender is prepared in accordance with the requirements as set out in the ITB document. Your tender should be submitted well before the Deadline for Submission of Bids stipulated in the Bid Data Sheet to avoid last minute rush. 8. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders' representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below. 9. Bids shall be valid for 120 (one hundred twenty) calendar days after bid closing and must be accompanied by a security deposit of ETB 200,000.00 (ETB Two hundred thousand) in the form of CPO or Bank guaranty.
