- Tenders are invited for Construction of Learning Factory, Dormitory, Library, Students Cafeteria, And Store from Those Having Experience under Construction Contracts in the Role of the Prime Contractor Bids opening date: Dec 16, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 4,500,000 /ETB Four Million Five Hundred Thousand/ Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Hawassa Polytechnic College, EASTRIP project office and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 2:00- 5:00 PM local time from Monday to Friday at the address given below. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 2000/ETB two thousand/or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash or cash payment order /CPO/ in the name of the Hawassa Polytechnic College. The document will be sent by e-mail or bidders can collect it in person from the Hawassa Polytechnic College, EASTRIP project office. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 16, December 2021, 10:00 AM Local Time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend 5 at the address below on 16, December 2021, at 10:30 AM Local Time. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 4,500,000 /ETB Four Million Five Hundred Thousand/or the equivalent amount in a freely convertible currencyin the form of Bank guarantee issued from commercial banks. In the case of Bank guarantees issued from other countries other than Ethiopian Banks, the bid security should be counter guaranteed by Ethiopian Commercial Banks
