Tenders are invited for Construction of Maintenance Work for Hall (Location: Dire Dawa) Bid closing date: Apr 19, 2023 9:00 AM Bid opening date: Apr 19, 2023 Region: Dire Dawa Bid document price: 300.00 Birr Bid bond: 360,000 Birr A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300 in Cash. Bidders shall submit their Bids in two envelopes, the first envelop labeled as "Technical Proposaland Bid Security" and the second envelope "Financial Proposal", separate sealed and the two nvelopes sealed in on other outer envelope. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Technical Proposal first and Financial Proposal of qualified Bidders next. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:00 AM On 19 April, 2023.Late bids will be rejected. Bids Will Be Opened In The Presence Of Bidder's Representatives Who Choose To Attend at The Same Date of Submission at 9:30 AM All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 36,000.00 (Thirty Six Thousand Ethiopian Birr only) in the form of Cash, an Unconditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO. The Bid Security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Bid.
