- Tenders are invited for The Dire Dawa Administration Trade Industry and Investment Bureau Cultural and Tourism Office Now Invites Sealed Bids from Eligible and Qualified Bidders for the Construction of Maintenance Work for the Public Library, Dire Dawa) 7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 in Cash. 8. Bidders shall submit their Bids in two envelopes, the first envelope labeled as "Qualification Information and Bid Security and the second envelope "Financial Bid", separately sealed and the two envelopes sealed in on another outer envelope. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Technical Proposal first and a Financial Proposal of qualified Bidders next. 9. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:00 AM On the 22nd Date from the Date of Announcement. Late bids will be rejected. 10 Bids Will Be Opened in The Presence of Bidder's Representatives Who Choose to Attend on the Same Date of Submission At 9:30 AM 11. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Ethiopian Birr only) in the form of Cash, an Unconditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO.
