- Tenders are invited for Construction of Melka Jebdu Cement Manufacturing Plc. Project Temporary Office and Guest House Bid closing date: 4:00 AM On the 20 Date from the Date of Announcement Bid opening date: 4:30 AM On the 20 Date from the Date of Announcement Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: Birr 200,000.00 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Free. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 4:00 AM On the 20 Date from the Date of Announcement. Late bids will be rejected. Bids Will Be Opened in The Presence of Bidder's Representatives Who Choose to Attend at The after three dates of the closing date at 4:30 AM. The opening of the Bid shall not be affected by the absence of the Bidders on their own will. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 200,000 in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO. The Bid Security shall be valid for 90 beyond the validity of the Bid. All eligible bidders should present from the mandated public body: Renewed trade license for the year 2014 EC. Renewed Professional certificate of registration, Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate, Suppliers registration certificate from public procurement and property administration agency Bidder has to successfully complete at least two (2) contracts within the last five years (2010-2014 EC), with a value of at least of this contract that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed Works.
