- Tenders are invited for Construction of Memorial Site Fence and Land Scaping Works The Africa Union Commission has allocated funds from member states to Construction of Memorial site fence and land scaping works under Procurement Number: AUC/PAPS/GCPD/C/014 and now invites sealed bids from eligible and potential bidders who has experience in the area of the assignment. 2. Bidding is open for all GC/BC Grade five and above for local contractors or equivalent for international contractors. This Procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the procurement of works under open bidding procedure and in accordance with the relevant Rules and Regulations of the Commission of the African Union. Bidders are required to furnish the following: 1. Signed Bid form (Format provided in Section 4 of the Bid document) 2. Valid Business Registration Documents 3. Valid Contractor License 4. Tax Certificates (Tax Clearance, VAT certificate, Tax payer-s registration) 5. Written Power of Attorney (authority to sign bid documents) 6. Curriculum Vitae of (CVs) of Project Manager and Key Technical Staffs 7. Proof of Having Performed Similar Works In The Previous 5 Years 8. List Of Equipment To Be Used 9. Bid Security (ETB 20,000 or equivalent). This must be enclosed in the technical submission, 10. Priced Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
