- Tenders are invited for Construction of the One Natural Science Laboratory, One Agricultural Laboratory and One Computer Laboratory Bid closing date: 31st calendar day at 10:00 AM Bid opening date: 31st calendar day at 10:30 AM Region: Beneshangul Gumuz Bid document price: ETB 500.00 Bid bond: ETB 500,000.00 A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased by interested bidders as of the first announcement date of the bid on Newspaper up to the bid closing date and time at the address given below and upon the presentation of the legal documents and Payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 500 (five hundred birr only)at Assosa University procurement and property administration office Assosa and/or Assosa University Liaison office Addis Ababa around Embet Hotel, Addisu Gebeya. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. The ETB 500 Shall be deposited to Assosa University Budget Account Number; 1000021129171(Commercial Bank of Ethiopia) and Submitted the bank advice to the office. Bid security of Ethiopian birr 500,000(Five Hundred Thousand) for each lots as stated in the procurement document, in acceptable form a reputable bank, besides One original and one photocopied of Financial proposal shall be produced and sealed separately in different envelope and each sealed original and photocopied shall be sealed in one another outer envelope and labeled as "original and photocopy" on each sealed envelope and all proposal documents collectively must be placed in the already prepared bid box. Sealed bids shall be delivered for the procurement and property administration directorate office Assosa university Assosa on the 31st calendar day at 10:00 AM or if the 31th calendar day is holyday, the bid will close and open on the next day at the same time at office hours counted from the bid announcement date at Assosa University, Procurement and Property Administration Directorate Office
