Tenders are invited for Construction of a Public Toilet A complete set of documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder at: Hawassa University Procurement & Property Management Directorate, Tel. 046 220 2647 Fax:- 046 220 51 63, P.O. Box 5 Hawassa against a non-refundable fee of birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr) 6. Any quires can be forwarded to the procuring entity from Monday to Friday at working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hawassa University Procurement & Property Management Directorate. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of a bank guarantee Cash letter of credit or CPO of amount birr 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr). 8. Bids must be delivered to Hawassa University on the 21st day of the announcement floated in Ethiopia Herald News Letter. If it becomes a weekend/holiday it will be the next working day till 5:00 pm and the technical proposal will be opened at 9:30 AM on the next day in the bid opening Hall of Hawassa University Procurement & Property Management Directorate in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend. Bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening.
