- Tenders are invited for Construction of the Rehabilitation of Hida and AliBery Headwork and Irrigation Scheme Bids opening date: No specific Opening Date and time Bid document price: 500 (five hundred) BIRR Bid bond: 500,000.00 (Five Hundred thousand) All bidders are required to submit a bid bond of 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee, strictly in the format and without deviation as in the condition of tender documents, and must be submitted. The Submission of the bid security shall be in separate envelope final sealed in the outer envelope. Liquid cash availability and for an unconditional credit facility of amount ETB 10 million or Authority to access financial information from firm's Bankers. Bidding will be conducted by means of the National Competitive Bidding procedure and with qualification, as specified in the KiW Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works, and associated Services in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries ("KiW Guidelines, January 2019'). Bidders can get the complete set of bidding documents in 60 consecutive days from bid floatation time and upon payment on deposit a non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (five hundred birr only) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) referring the bid number NCB No 506999 to The Ministry of Agriculture Account Number 1000009144009 and shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the email address indicated below and immediately bidders will get the Tender document.
