- Tenders are invited for Procurement of for Construction of Rehabilitation of Unimproved Latrine in Melka Jebdu and Melka Gero Hc, Construction of 2 Incinerator, 2 Ash Pit, 2 Rehabilitation of Unimproved Latrine in Aseliso and Melka Qero Hc and Rehabilitation of 2 Water Supply System with Roto in Aseliso and Melkajebdu Public Latrine. Located at Melka Jebdu & Melka Qero Rural Kebele Bids opening date: 15th Date from the Date of Announcement at 9:30 AM Bid document price: 200.00Birr Bid bond: 5,000.00 Birr All eligible bidders should present from the mandated public body: Renewed trade license for the year Supplier certificate in Dire Dawa Administration Renewed professional certificate of registration Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate Micro and Small enterprise certificate & level of grade from the Administration Micro and Small enterprise Development agency. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the D.D Administration Health Bureau Room No_ up to payment of 200 (two hundred BIRR ONLY) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Gov't of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from D.D Administration Health Bureau and inspect the bidding document at the address given below from 7:30- 12:00 AM & 2:00-5:30 pm working hours. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:00 AM on the 15th Date from the date of Announcement. Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5,000 Five thousand birr) in the form of cash, a certified check or payable order, bank draft, letter of credit, or an unconditional bank guarantee. The bid security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the bid. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at the same place & Date at 9:30 AM at the office of the D.D Administration Health Bureau
