Bid closing date: On the 22nd Working day 4:00 local time Bid opening date: On the 22nd Working day 4:30 local time Region: Oromia Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Birr 500,000.00 RE-INVITATION TO NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING OF SHENEN GIBE HALL Jimma Zone Administration office invites all contractors of category General or Building contractors of the category of GC-3 /BC-2 and above with renewed Licenses valid for the year 2015 EC. Jimma Zone Administration office now invites a bid from eligible bides who are Interested and capable to allocate resources for "SHANAN GIBE HALL BUILDING" to be constructed within 360 calendar days from the commencement date of the work. Bidders shall have resisted with the Federal Ministry of Urban and Housing / or Oromia housing and urban development bureau and have renewed their license for the year 2015 E.C and have to be registered "VAT", Trade license, Trade registries, TAX clearance, Registration certificate with invoice and registration in the PPA"S suppliers list certificate must be submitted attached with the written application. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the bidding document From Jimma Zone Finance Office. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at Jimma Zone Finance Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopia Birr 500 (five hundred Birr) only and Valid for 21 working days grating from the day when this invitation is attached on newspaper in the year 2015 E.C. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 500,000 ETB of the total bid amount in the form of a certified CPO through an authorized bank in Ethiopia. The qualification document will be opened at 4:30 local time on the 22nd Working day from the day this invitation is displayed in the newspaper.
