- Tenders are invited for Construction of Small Scale Irrigation Projects Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 300,000 (Birr Three Hundred Thousand) The bides are open to all eligible bidders fulfilling the following requirements: 2.1. The bidder must process a construction license of WWC V or WWGC V and above that has been renewed for the budget year 2014 E.C. 2.2. A Certificates of Registration at the Ministry of Water and Energy and other Regional Mandated Bureaus for the year 2014 E.C. 2.3. Copies of TAX Clearance registered for VAT and TIN must be presented for procurement of the bidding documents. 2.4. The tenders should be accompanied by a bid security of 300,000 Birr in the form of a Bank Guarantee or СРО. 2.5. Bid should be purchased at Assosa, Bureau of Agriculture and Natural Resource upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (two hundred birr only). One original and two copies of Technical in one envelope and one original and two copies of Financial in one envelope, in One mother envelope, Bids sealed in accordance with the requirements presented in the instructions to Bidders should be submitted to the address below, 27/03/2014 EC before 9:30 A.M. The bids will be opened in the morning at 10:00 A.M local time in the presence of the Bidders or representatives who choose to attend at Assosa A/N/R/B on the 31st calendar days after counting from the date of the request made. If the 31st day is not a working day, the next working day shall be the opening day. Late submissions shall be rejected.
