- Tenders are invited for Construction of Structural Works for a G+16 Mixed Use Building. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee. All bids must be delivered to the Company, address written above, on or before the 15th Calendar day beginning from the first date of advertisement, at 8:00 O-clock Afternoon Local Time (2:00pm). If the 15th calendar day is not a working day, the bid submission date will be the next working day, at 8:00 O-clock Afternoon Local Time (2:00pm). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address above, at 8:30 O-clock Afternoon Local Time (2:30pm) on the next day of bid submission.
