- Tenders are invited for Construction of Toke Kutaye Woreda Administration (G+3) Building Office Bid closing date: On the 22nd Working days from the first announcement date (29/02/2015) at 4:00 local time Bid opening date: On the 22nd day from first announcement date of the Working day(29/02/2015) at 4:30 local time Region: Oromia Bid document price: 500.00 ETB Bid bond: 310,000.00 (Three hundred ten thousand birr) Toke Kutaye woreda Administration office now invites all contractors of category general or building contractors of GC-5/BC-4 & above with renewed licenses valid for the year 2015 E.C for furnishing the necessary labor, material, equipment & service for the construction of Toke Kutaye woreda Administration sectors office. Bidding documents may be purchased at the office of Toke Kutaye woreda Finance upon submission of a written application and a nonrefundable fee of birr 500 (Five hundred birr) starting from the first date notice viewed in the newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday. Bidder should deposit 500 (Five hundred birr) to Commercial bank Account of 1000037039636 of Toke Kutaye woreda Finance Office and bring the receipt of the bank to Toke Kutaye woreda Finance office. A bidder has to be registered to collect "A VAT" and TIN registration certificate, a valid trade license, and a valid registration certificate with the ministry of construction or Oromia Construction Authority, which must be submitted attached with the application. Bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the bidding documents, from the above-mentioned Toke Kutaye woreda Finance office. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in Cash 310,000 (Three hundred ten thousand birr) valid for 120 days after the date of bid opening, The 310,000 birr for the bid security must be deposited to the commercial bank Account of 1000037039636 Toke Kutaye Woreda Finance office The receipt of the bank must be put in the original technical document, Failure to do this will result in automatic rejection.
