- Tenders are invited for Construction of Ware House at Debre Birhan City. Bid document price: 500.00 (Five hundred birr only) Bid bond: 2% The bid documents may be obtained by any interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written application & bank slip to wodera Union office No -01 at Debre Birhan city Keble 07 near Meleket Academy School Tel-0116375276/0910103721 upon payment of non-refundable birr 500/five hundred birt only through Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Tebase Branch acc. No 1000082689967 (Wodera Farmers Cooperative Union L.L) to whom all inquiries and correspondences should be addressed. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond an amount 2% of the gross bid sum in CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from Debre Birhan & Addis Abeba branch banks only and must clearly state the name of the project for which the bidder is bidding and employer. The bid bond shall remain Enforces for 90 calendar days from the bid opening date and valid for extra 28 days beyond the validity of the bid. The bid bond shall be presented in a separate envelope. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the sum of 10% of the gross bid sum within 10 days from the date of issuance of the letter of acceptance. Bidders are strictly advised that they must read and comply in full with instructions to bidders. The construction of works shall be completed within a maximum of 180 calendar days. Both the pre-qualification & priced bid documents shall be in separate envelopes & properly sealed (one ORIGINAL & one COPY) otherwise the client will reject the bid. Both the pre-qualification & priced bid documents shall be submitted to wodera union on or before 10 consecutive days from the first advertisement at 2:00 PM and shall be publicly opened on the 10th consecutive day starting from first advertisement date at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. If it is not a working day the bid will open on the next working day of the same time.
