- Tenders are invited for Sidama National Regional State Water Mines and Energy Bureau Invites Sealed Bids from Qualified Eligible Bidders for Construction of Civil Works, Supply and Installation of Electro-Mechanical Equipment (Pump& Generator), Supply and Installation of Distribution and Transmission Main and Related Civil Works Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 80,000.00 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by the interested bidders on the submission of a written application from Sidama National Regional State Water, mines & Energy Bureau, procurement and finance property administration directorate, Hawassa City, Near to Hawassa City Administration head quarter, room No: 09 Telephone number +251-46212 54 80 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred birr) omitted. The method of payment will be in cash against receipt. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Sidama National Regional State Water, Mines & energy Bureau, procurement and finance property administration directorate, Hawassa and the bidding document at the address given bellow during working hour. Bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of 80,000.00 Birr (Eighty Thousand) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or C.P.O., for a validity date of 90 Days. Bids must be delivered to the Sidama National Region State Water, mines & Energy Bureau, procurement and finance property administration directorate Hawassa, at or before 12:30 p.m. On the 30th calendar day from the date of this announcement. If the 30th day is not a working day or the date of National Holy Day, the bid submission will be the next working day at the same Venue and time.
