A complete set of bidding documents prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and a non-refundable fee of birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr only), effective from the first date of announcement up to the deadline. The method of payment shall be in cash to the Ethiopia Commercial Bank on account number 1000015189065 opened in the name of West Shoa Zone Finance & Economic Cooperation and submit the bank receipt to the purchaser. The bidders shall have a certificate of competency from Oromia Construction Authority or Ministry of Federal Construction with Category GC6/RC6 and above renewed for the 2014 budget year and other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder's compliance, which shall include: i. Trading Business License renewed for 2014 E.C budget year and Commercial registration Certificate from authorized bodies. ii. VAT & Taxpayer Identification Certificate issued by the tax authority, III. Tax Clearance certificate issued from the Tax Authority (Inland Revenue Authority) which allows the bidder to participate in public tenders at the date of the deadline for bid submission. iv. Evidence of/Being/ Registered at Ethiopian Federal Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (FPPPAA) Supplier list.
