Tenders are invited for Contract Agreement with Cross-Land Construction Works of Segege - Gerbo - Danan (Fik - Segege -Gerbo -Danan Road Project, Lot 3:Yoale -Danan (km191+000 - km 273+844). The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) represented by ETHIOPIAN ROADS AUTHORITY has signed a Contract Agreement with Cross-Land Construction Works of Segege - Gerbo - Danan (Fik - Segege -Gerbo -Danan Road Project, Lot 3:Yoale -Danan (km191+000 - km 273+844). Interested bidders that fulfill the following minimum requirements are invited for the Bid. Renewed business license for the year 2014 EC. Registration from Ministry of Urban Development and Construction or equivalent with minimum Category RC-5 or GC-6 renewed for 2014EFY. VAT registration certificate Tax clearance certificate issued from the tax authority (Inland Revenue Authority) at least valid at the Bid Submission date. Registered in Public Procurement Agency and shall provide documentary evidence of their work experience The Bid Security (bank guarantee, bid bond or CPO) shall be ETB Fifty Thousand (50,000.00) and it should be valid for 90 days from the latest deadline for the submission of bids. The Original bid security must be enclosed in the envelope containing the Qualification Information and Bid Security. A complete Bid document (Soft Copy) can be collected effective from February 10,2022 GC for consecutive 10 (Ten) Calendar Days.
