- Tenders are invited for Construction of Zone Prosperity Party Office Location Wereda: Aba ala Kebele: Aba ala 3. A complete set of bid documents can be collected by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee ETB 1500 from Room No. 12 Procurement Finance & Material Administration Directorate. 4. The bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the date of bid opening & must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% and above of the bid amount in the form of CPO or bank guarantee. 5. Bureau of Urban Development & Construction requires and strongly recommends that each bidder shall participate in only one Bid. 6. The Bid document can be purchased as of 14 cal. days starting from the first date of publication of the announcement on the newspaper until 14 cal. Days. 7. The bid will be closed on the 15th date at 10:00 local time and open on the same date at 10:20 local time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at Afar N.R.S Urban Development and Construction Bureau. If the 15th day is not a working day the submission date will be on the next working day before 10:00 local time. 8.
