- Tenders are invited for The Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA) Invites All Eligible Consultants to Participate in the Tender for the Consultancy of Air Transport Development Plan, Establishment of Aviation Fund, And Human Resources Development as Part of the National Aviation Sector. Bid closing date: Jun 13, 2022 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Jun 13, 2022 10:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500.00 (Five hundred Birr) Bid bond: 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Birr) The Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA) invites all eligible Consultants who have Renewed Trade licenses. TIN and VAT Registration Certificate TAX Clearance and Online Registration on the Public Procurement & property Authority website to participate in the tender for the consultancy of: LOT-1 Air transport development plan, LOT-2 Establishment of aviation fund and LOT-3 Human resources development as part of the transformation of the national aviation sector. Interested Bidders can obtain the complete set of bidding documents by paying a non-refundable sum of Birr 500.00/Five Hundred Birr/ from ECAA head office room No 16 during working hours. All sealed bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose before the closing date & time. The amount of Bid bound is 20,000.00 Birr In the form of cash or Bank guarantee or C.P.O. and Submitted separately in one Envelope. Bids will be closed on June 13, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. and will be opened in ECAA head office room No 18, in the presence of interested bidders and/or their official representatives, who wishes to attend the opening ceremony, on June 13, 2022, at 10:30 A.M. The Consultant should prepare and submit technical & financial proposals in separate envelopes. The technical proposal must be clear adhering to the timeframe defined in the bid document. Bidders Must Sign & Seal all bid documents including the anti-bribery pledge form which is attached to the bid document & submit it with the original technical bid documents.
