- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Baseline Survey and Assessment Partnership for Pastoralists Development Association (PAPDA) has been implementing a project entitled "Internally Displaced People Rehabilitation Project Phase III" Somali region, Liban Zone, Guacamole district, from 01.06.2023 to 31.05.2025. The objective of this project is to facilitate peaceful coexistence, enhance livelihoods, combat gender-based violence (GBV), and improve access to water for both IDPs and their host communities. The aim of this Assessment is to establish a starting point or reference for various key indicators and factors related to the project's scope and objectives. This assessment is conducted before the project is fully implemented to understand the existing conditions, challenges, and opportunities. One of the major activities planned under this project is conducting a baseline survey and assessment. Interested legal applicants can collect the TOR from the PAPDA Head office located at Wolo-Sefer, Dire-Dawa building 6th floor. The applicants are required to submit their technical and financial proposals as per the requirements indicated in the TOR.
