- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service Save Generation Development Association (SGDA) is a nongovernmental local organization founded in 2008 in Ethiopia. Women and girls' empowerment, gender equality, environmental protection and development and strengthening public infrastructures are main intervention areas of SGDA. With financial support from European Union, SGDA is working with CCRDA to implement a project entitled "Enhance a bottom up policy engagements of citizens and CSOs to promote peace, democracy and sustainable development through women" in Oromia regional state, East Shoa Zone, Ada'a Woreda.The consultancy service is expected to undertake the following assignments. 1. conduct assessment on sexual and labor abuse of women inindustrial areas in Oromia East Shewa Zone, Bishoftu Administration city & Ada'a Woreda 2. Develop advocacy plan and tools to mitigate sexual and labor abuse of women, 3. conduct policy review on land right of women and present findngs to stakeholders 4. Compile draft policy brief, and 5. Develop training and awareness raising modules to mitigate sexual and labor abuse of women. Requirements:-The consultant shall fulfill the following requirements · Renewed license for the current year · Tax Identification Number and VAT registration certificate · More than 5 years of experience in conducting similar assessments · Professional combinations of M.Sc.
