- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for Long-Term and Short-Term Consultants to Capacitate Business Linkages between Locally Based Suppliers and Fdls SIC will focus on building capacities of domestic input providers to link with FDls in Industrial Parks in Ethiopia. Business linkages between foreign and domestic firms Business linkages will fall under the following categories: Tier 1: Fabric supply: fabric supply, knitwear, woven fabric, etc; Tier 2: Accessories (hard and soft), value-adding services (washing, printing, embroideries, dyeing, etc.), subcontracting; Tier 3: Packaging, machines and equipment, technical production services, quality inspection services, maintenance and production supplies, product development and design services, additives, and production material supply Long-term and short-term consultants to capacitate business linkages between locally based suppliers and FDls: textile industry experts with 10+ years expertise knowledge from spinning into dyeing and finishing with good knowledge of different fabric production and experience in export standards garment industry -experts with 10+ experience in factories with good success record experts with 10+ experience in packaging and accessories for garments textile and garment industry experts with 10+ years in building business linkages to industry parks and export-orientated companies textile and garment industry experts with 10+ years of experience in relevant project coordination, capacity building programs, and stakeholder management (business, ministries, and donors)
