- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Service Strengthen the Abbay basin planning and stakeholder coordination. Development of Web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM) HIS/BIS Maintenance, New Hydrometric Station Installation, Configuration and Operation Bid document price: Birr 200.00 The scope and focus of the consultancy is to get technical support, system development, and material supply and provide training to enable the IWRM implementation. Working as a consultant to strengthen the Abbay basin planning and stakeholder coordination, develop Web-based Decision Support System (DSS) for Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM) and Maintenance of hydrological information system /Basin information system and Installation, Configuration and Operation of New Hydrometric Station. The consultant is expected to submit the following deliverables. Reports: inception, progress and final reports Technical document Web based DSS system System Requirement Specification (SRS) Validation of consultation results Implement training programs Operationalize hydrometric stations Bidder must buy the BID document with a fee of 200 ET Birr. The financial proposal should be detailed enough and include any relevant administrative, logistics, travel and other accommodations. Bidders are expected to cover all necessary expenses. The payment of diem for training participants and travels will be performed based on government scale. The consultant can consider these payment rates to compete with the financial proposal. Applicants can collect hard copy of TORs from Abbay Basin Development Office to address indicated above. All applicants must apply and submit BID document within 30 consecutive days after the BID is announced in the magazine.
