- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service Main Objective of the Consultancy Assignment is to Develop a Strategic Plan for the Period from 2023 to 2027. Applicants should meet the following Minimum Criteria Experience in developing a five-year strategic plan for CSOs mainly engaged in health and development or related projects/program. Applicants shall have health-related professionals with a minimum Master-s degree in the area of, Development Studies, Economics, Management, Ppublic health, Epidemiology, Business administration and other social science studies. Evidence of past years of experience in a five-year strategic plan development consulting wor A consulting team shall have a consortium of the necessary technical expertise. The consultant should be a registered firm. License renewed for the current Ethiopian fiscal year. Application Procedure Interested consulting Firms can collect the TOR with a payment of birr 300 (Three Hundred Birr) from HDAMA Head Office HR Department.
