- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service of Aggar MF to Purchase Multi-Purpose Commercial Building. Aggar Micro Finance Share Company (AMFSC) invites all interested and eligible consultants to participate on a bid to prepare document analysis and recommendation of purchase multi-purpose Commercial Building as per the TOR. Interested bidders are therefore invited to submit their bids and are requested to furnish the followings: · Interested bidders shall take bid documents from Human Resource and Administration Department during the office hours starting from May 04, 2021 · Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Company and other relevant laws of the country, and as open to eligible · Presentation of copy of Renewed consultancy license (for current Year), Document shows the consultant Business and Operating model including the Transformation Road Map and SPM document preparation experience, Tax clearance certificate for current year, VAT Registration Certificate and Tin number is must. · Bid proposal shall be presented in the form of two envelop system based on the prepared ToR. Thus, the Technical and Financial offers shall be delivered separately labeling ‘Technical- and ‘Financial- on the envelope and shall be submitted to the Company address here under before 11 AM May 19, 2021. · The technical and financial proposal shall be submitted separately and clearly Making the envelops as original in a wax sealed and signed outer envelope addressed to AMFSC using the under listed address · Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representative thus interested bidders can attend the opening of the bids on the date indicated above at 2:00 pm and at the same address · Failures to comply any of the conditions from Item 1 to 6 above shall entail automatic rejection · The Company reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or in full.
