- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service: Assessment to Explore the Practice, Barriers, Challenges and Policy Environment in Relation to HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Program in the Setting of Schools The overall objective of the assessment is to explore the practice, barriers, challenges and policy environment in relation to HIV/AIDS prevention and control program in the setting of schools in light of Ethiopia-s HIV prevention and control strategy; and produce a comprehensive report and policy brief that will be used to advocate the issue among CCRDA HIV/AIDS Forum members and concerned partners. The consultancy firm should have ample experience and proven record in handling similar businesses at nation level with government, non-government organizations and international agencies. The consultancy firm is also expected to submit technical and financial proposals describing the steps of undertaking the assignment according to the ToR specification.
