- Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Service for the Baseline Survey The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Consulting Firm for the Consultancy Service to Conduct Baseline Survey for a project "Empowering Migrants to Facilitate Informed Decisions on Migration" for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued. IOM now invites Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for Consultancy Service for the Baseline Survey. More details on the consultancy services are provided in the RFP and TOR. The Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality -Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP. A complete set of RFPs will be shared to interested consulting firms up on email request through SLOADDISABABAPROCUREMENT@iom.int; from 14 May 2021 to 21 May 2021. Proposal shall be valid for a period of 3 (three) months (90 calendar days) after submission.
