- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for Baseline Survey The main objective of the baseline survey is to develop a comprehensive understanding of the current and historic baseline of the natural resources (SNSs, CCAs, and Wetlands) in the four Wored as and selected kebeles covered under the Project. The study will also provide bench mark information regarding the existing agroecological practices and alternative/potential means of livelihoods of the rural communities in order to be able to set the relevant indicators for to evaluate the ultimate outcome and impact of the Project interventions. In general, being guided by the overall project objectives and results matrix, the study will establish the baseline data status of conservation sites, socio-economic profiles and other output indicators related to the project interventions . Applicants are required to meet the following: Legally registered and have a renewed license for the current fiscal year, Have a successful track record of handling similar tasks, Capable of commanding sufficient number of competent experts in the fields of the assignment, Availing of competent female expert has advantage in the selection process. Duration of the Assignment: The consultant needs to prepare and submit schedule for undertaking the task. Location of the Assignment: Bale Zone, Project Woredas (Agarfa, Dinsho, Sinana and Goba) How to Apply: Interested applicants are invited to collect the ToR from MELCA-Ethiopia-s Head Office in 5 working days, from Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00 PM, starting from the date of the appearance of this advertisement and shall be required to submit the quotation within 10 days of the announcement on the newspaper. The proposals should clearly marked technical and financial proposal separately and submit in person with WAX SEALED ENVELOP with “Original” and “Copy” of the quote to MELCA Office until 14/07/2022, before 5:00 P.M and late quotes shall not be considered.
