- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service to Conduct Post Distribution Monitoring Survey. Catholic Relief Services - United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (CRS-USCCB) is a nonprofit non-governmental international relief and development organization working with international and local partners and serving people on the base of need, not creed, race or nationality in more than 100 countries in five continents. Catholic Relief Services / Ethiopia (CRS/Ethiopia) is a country program of Catholic Relief Services which is an international humanitarian agency working to alleviate human sufferings and foster human development in Ethiopia. In relation with this, CRS/Ethiopia program would like to invite consultant firm to conduct post - distribution monitoring survey to cover the entire operational areas in Tigray, Amhara, Oromia, SNNPR, Sidama and Dire Dawa City Administration. This will entail a quantitative survey conducted within selected kebeles of the regions. This firm will be responsible for the hiring and training of enumerators, day to day logistics, the collection of data, data analysis and the presentation of findings. The Companies who are interested to participate in the tender should have renewed Business license for the sector. The complete bid documents are available at CRS/Ethiopia office located at Swaziland St. Gulele Sub-city, Enkulal Fabrica, P.O. Box 6592, Addis Ababa during office hours Monday to Friday from December 29, 2021 January 12, 2022. Duly completed bids must be in a sealed envelope addressed to CRS/Ethiopia clearly marked by “Bidders Name, Address, Legal Stamps, Signatures and Tender No.” Bidders should submit their technical and financial documents in two different sealed envelopes to the address mentioned above shall put into the bid box provided for the purpose only at CRS Ethiopia Addis Ababa Office. The sealed bid document shall be submitted to the CRS Ethiopia address mentioned above in to the bid box provided for the purpose on or before January 12, 2021 at 3:00 PM. Bids arrives after this date and time will not be considered.
